Leading to Learn Accelerator: 60 Days to More Intentional Leadership

  • Closed

Join this 60-day interactive leadership experience in February and March 2021 with Katie Anderson, leadership and learning coach and author of the best-selling book, Learning to Lead, Leading to Learn, and accelerate your practices of people-centered leadership.

The Leading to Learn Accelerator isn’t just a course, but an accelerator for your personal growth as a leader and a learner.

Part book study, part facilitated course, part group coaching ... take the lessons off the page and into your life. Imagine what you can do for yourself and your team in just 60 days of purposeful practice, the support of a caring coach, and the engagement with a global community?

Those who embark on the Leading to Learn Accelerator  will:
  • Become the leader your team wants to follow and the coach your team needs. True leadership doesn’t require a title; it requires a purposeful connection with the heart and deliberate alignment of your actions to fulfill your leadership purpose. Throughout the Accelerator you will learn how to not only lead, but also live, with intention.
  • Accelerate your organization to success. Through tangible strategies shared in the course, you will gain the confidence and the skillsets necessary to become more effective and efficient as a leader and coach.
  • Deliver outcomes while coaching your team. Having clarity on your role as a people-centered leader, and that of your team members, allows you to set direction and provide the support needed for collective success.
  • Become invested in ongoing learning for yourself and for your team. The most effective leaders know the power of constant learning, and the most effective people-centered leaders also know the power of constant learning within their teams. Leading to learn is the heart of this Accelerator.

Align Your Actions with Your Purpose!

How are you showing up every day to align your actions with your purpose? Who do you want to be and how can you become the leader that your team needs most? What do you need to do to fulfill that vision and lead your team to the success that is possible?

Discover the secret to intentional leadership

Too often our world is focused on generating more … more output, more customers, more revenue, more service.

But what if the secret to success isn't doing more didn’t come from doing more, but rather from the ability to learn more quickly and create more value by engaging everyone in creativity and problem-solving at all levels?

What if the secret to achieving more came from adjusting how you lead your team to learn and how you lead yourself?

The secret is learning

“The only secret to Toyota is its attitude towards learning. We don’t even notice and take it for granted.”

- Isao Yoshino

Testimonials

"As a recovering 'know it all' I was skeptical about coaching and its results. Because of Katie’s nurturing approach I felt supported and could be vulnerable. She kept me focused, growing my confidence on the way forward. So if you are ready for the “real deal” in becoming the best version of yourself, Katie is who you want by your side."

"I want to thank you for a wonderful and really valuable experience together, sharing yours and Isao Yoshino’s insights and learnings. I not only enjoyed and learned a lot, it is also speaks to my heart. I have myself been on a continuous improvement (lean) and continuous learning journey for about 20 years and although the message is quite simple, it is still hard to make this something that stays with people."

"My intention of practice since the Leading to Learn Masterclass in December 2020 has been transformational. The course was the catalyst for me to address gaps in how I have been showing up and take them as an opportunity to learn and grow, so I can lead better. I cannot thank you enough. You have provided me with exactly what I needed, what my boss has needed me to be and do, and what my family has wanted me to be aware of.

I signed up for the Accelerator because I want to learn from you as much as I can, and because in my role at work there are things that I know I can do better in terms of leading and coaching, of being an example of a culture shift and how to make small daily improvements. I need what you’re offering! You “came along” (or, I stumbled across you) just at the moment I am embarking on a lean journey of leading and learning for my company.

I’m re-energized, I’m humbled, I feel like I have a target direction and a fabulous guide along the way. Thank you! I can't wait for the Accelerator to start!"

Thank you, Katie! Your Leading to Learn Masterclass was one of my favorite learning workshops of 2020.

"This year I had the good fortune to get mentoring by a leader who values reflection, Katie Anderson. At her positive encouragement during her Leading to Learn Masterclass, I began journaling daily. Today marks the 32nd consecutive day of journaling. I mentally practiced reflecting daily for many years, but this was different. Each day, as Katie taught me, I would write briefly on just three areas: 1) Purpose, 2) Intention and action(s), 3) Reflection (check/adjust).

With more than 30 days of consecutive journaling entries in this manner, I confidently know that this practice is what made my answer about innovation crystal clear ... Responsibility for providing direction towards the future is mine.

I'm positively impressed by the continuing benefits of Katie's guidance, mostly greater clarity of what to do with my limited 24 hours each day.  My personal accountability has measurably increased. I have also achieved dramatically more in the last 30 days and have had more fun creatively bringing forward new ways to build better and make new things I never did before."
